Celk AI (“Celk”) is operated by Scory Studio. We collect only what we need to run the service:
— Account information: your email address. If you sign up with email and password, your password is stored only as a secure hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google Account (see section 3). — Content you upload: notes, PDFs, images and text, plus the flashcard decks and study materials generated from them. — Study activity: session history, quiz answers, performance data (correct/incorrect answers, streaks, mistakes) and AI token usage. — Subscription status: your plan and billing status. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor; we never see or store them. — Technical data: the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and anonymous, aggregate usage analytics.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
We use your information only to provide and improve Celk:
— To create and secure your account and sign you in. — To generate study materials and run study sessions. Your uploaded content and messages are sent to Google’s Gemini API for processing. — To personalise your learning: spaced repetition, weak-spot drilling and the persistent mistake memory (“Rap Sheet”). — To manage your subscription and apply plan limits. — To send account emails such as sign-up confirmation and password resets. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
We do not use your content or personal data for advertising.
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Celk requests only the basic scopes openid, email and profile. From your Google Account we receive your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google data.
We use this information only to create your Celk account, sign you in, and display your name and picture inside the app. It is stored with your account in our authentication provider (Supabase).
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run Celk (listed in section 6).
Celk’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke Celk’s access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, and you can delete your Celk account and its data as described in section 5.
Celk AI uses Google's Gemini API to generate study content and simulate the character of Inmate #4207. The AI's responses are generated dynamically and are not reviewed by human staff before delivery. We are not responsible for factual errors in AI-generated content — always verify critical information against authoritative sources.
The “Savage” and “Unhinged” tones involve strong language and critical feedback. This content is generated by AI under your explicit instruction. By selecting these tones, you acknowledge that you requested this style of interaction.
Your data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL) on secure cloud infrastructure and is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings (“Delete account”) or by emailing support@scoryib.com. Deleting your account removes your account, uploaded content, study data and any Google profile information we hold, within 30 days.
We share data only with service providers that help us run Celk, and only as needed:
— Supabase: database and authentication — Google: Gemini API (AI content generation) and Google Sign-In — Vercel: hosting and anonymous, aggregate web analytics — Resend: delivery of account emails — Creem (through Scory Studio): subscription payments — Cloudflare: domain and DNS
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and terms.
Cookies: we use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your theme and language. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Celk is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
You can access, correct or delete your personal data at any time, or ask us for a copy of it. Delete your account from your dashboard settings, revoke Google access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, or email support@scoryib.com for any other request. We respond within 30 days.
We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
